Welcome Session for MDI’s Peer Support Space
Our Peer Support Space has been running successfully for some time now, offering MDI members with neuromuscular conditions, a welcoming place to connect, reflect, and explore mindfulness practices together. We know, however, that joining an existing group can sometimes feel a bit daunting — so we’re holding a special Welcome Session for anyone who might be curious but hasn’t yet taken that first step.
