Are you caring for a loved one with a neuromuscular condition? We understand the unique challenges you face as a relative or caregiver - stress, uncertainty, and fatigue can take a toll on your well-being. That's why we're here to offer support and practical solutions.

In this three-hour interactive workshop, we'll delve into coping strategies designed specifically for individuals like you who are navigating the complexities of caring for someone with a neuromuscular condition.

Throughout the workshop, you'll gain valuable insights into stress and its impact, learn practical relaxation techniques, develop coping strategies for resilience, and discover the importance of self-care in managing caregiver fatigue. Start with yourself and you will then have the resources within to help others. Resilience is the ability to bounce back, grow and thrive during stressful and challenging times.

This workshop will be virtually facilitated by Marianne Dwyer from Karuna, a beloved returning facilitator known for her compassionate guidance and deep expertise. As a certified teacher in meditation, mindfulness, and a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Marianne brings a wealth of experience to our community. We're delighted to welcome Marianne back as she guides us through practical coping techniques and supports.
