Introducing a new online group exercise programme with Siel Bleu
We’re delighted to introduce a new online group exercise programme in partnership with Siel Bleu, who already deliver our one-to-one physical training and nutrition programmes.
These online sessions are designed to provide accessible, guided physical activity from home, with options for both seated and standing participation, depending on individual ability and energy levels.
What to expect
Mixed ability with both seated and standing options for all exercises
Suitable for both children and adults
Small group format to allow sessions to be monitored and adapted
Suitable for people who want gentle, structured movement with professional guidance
Led by a qualified Siel Bleu instructor
Session details
Start date: Wednesday 18th February
Time: 4:00pm–4:45pm
Instructor: Senan Walsh (Siel Bleu)
Format: Online (access to Siel Bleu’s online platform will be provided)
Frequency: Every Wednesday for 10 weeks
Group numbers will initially be limited (approximately 10 participants per session) to ensure a good experience for everyone. If demand is high, additional sessions or time slots can be added quickly.
Equipment
Minimal equipment is required.
Light dumbbells are helpful if you have them
Household alternatives (e.g. bottles of water) can also be used
Flexibility
Participants will have unlimited access to all MDI online classes, allowing flexibility if you miss a class or would like to repeat a session.
As the classes are delivered online, we can adapt quickly to demand. This may include splitting participants into smaller groups, running back-to-back sessions, or adding additional days and times where needed. To ensure places are used effectively, if a participant misses two consecutive sessions without notice, their place may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
