This peer support group is a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss your own experiences. Loss and grief are unique to everyone and it’s your choice if you want to talk or listen. It’s about what works best for you.

  • The course will include sessions on reflection and mindfulness practices.

  • It will aim to help you understand sadness, anxiety and emotional regulation.

  • It is a space for relaxation, discussion and empathetic listening.

  • Supported by your peers, the course will help you explore coping strategies and new perspectives.

  • It is a community sharing of empathy and healing with each other.

Marianne Dwyer who will be running the group is a qualified psychotherapist and certified teacher in meditation and mindfulness.
