Muscular Dystrophy Ireland is delighted to invite you to attend our Duchenne muscular dystrophy community gathering in Dublin on Saturday 18 November. It will be an opportunity to connect with others, hear presentations and support one another.
We'll run a national youth club in Dublin for under 18's living with all neuromuscular conditions and their siblings at the same time as the gathering. We'll organise activities relevant to the ages of participants who register.

↘️3 presentations: Dr Laura Gallagher, Senior Clinical Psychologist will speak about Transition to secondary school – promoting independence and planning for success; MDI member, Conor McAuley will share his experience on how he has gotten to where he is today; and Dr Michelle Spirtos and Siobhán O’Shea will speak about their occupational therapy research project, Supporting transitions to adulthood.
