Helium Arts: Distance Creates Online Saturday Youth Meet Ups (ages 13-16)
Do you know a child aged 13-16 with a lifelong physical health condition who’d love to connect with others and get creative?
Helium Arts, run free art workshops for children and young people with lifelong physical health conditions like diabetes, epilepsy, spina bifida, heart conditions, juvenile arthritis, rare conditions, and more.
Through art, these children can build confidence, make friends, and just have fun! Their workshops, led by professional artists, deliver an exciting, hands-on creative experience packed with fun—you won’t want to miss them!

Their Distance Creates online program for ages 13-16 kicks off on Saturday, April 26th, and bookings are now open! These workshops run one Saturday each month throughout the year, with more dates to be announced.
