We are please to announce an new online Mindful Connections Workshop aimed at helping you to reflect on your overall wellbeing and build on your self-compassion and other skills to remain happy and motivated.
The Workshop will begin on Tuesday 10th November from 12PM-1PM, and will be run through ZOOM.
due to demand we have put on a second workshop on the same day from 3PM-4PM that may suit your needs better and we have extended the deadline.
Particularly in this Covid-19 pandemic, maintaining healthy connections with ourselves and other people has never been more important.
This workshop is free of charge and has being tailored to meet MDI members’ needs. It is an opportunity for you to practice self-care with other members and learn simple mindful techniques.
It will be facilitated virtually by Marianne Dwyer from Karuna. Marianne is a certified teacher in meditation and mindfulness, and a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist.
