Exploring illness, daily living, and quality of life
Eoin Fenton, a fourth-year social care honours student studying in Munster Technological University (MTU) would like to invite you to complete a survey (link below).
What is this survey about?
This survey explores the illness experience, daily living, and quality of life of those living with Muscular Dystrophy.
The survey covers the following areas:
1) Demographics (i.e. age, gender, etc.)
2) Understanding of the lived experience of those affected by Muscular Dystrophy (illness experience).
3) Limitations and independence of those living with Muscular Dystrophy. (daily living).
4) The impact the lack of muscle use has on the quality of life, emotional state, and the effect on relationships. (Quality of life).
This survey should take no more than 15 minutes.
Participation is completely voluntary; you have the option to end the survey at any time.
