Course Aim:
To provide learners with the knowledge and skills required for safe people moving.
Course Objectives:
On completion of this course learners will be able to:
- explain their own and their employers legal rights and responsibilities
- explain how the muscular-skeletal system can get injured
- identify risk factors associated with people moving
- apply the principles of safe lifting to inanimate objects
- move people safely
