The following was ratified by members by passing a Special Resolution of the Company to adopt the new Constitution at its Annual General Meeting on 12th September 2020:

 

  • That the Company’s existing memorandum and articles of association be deleted in their entirety and replaced with a new Constitution attached and initialled by Chairperson dated 22nd January 2020 for identification purposes and approved by Charities Section, Revenue Commissioners dated 7th February 2020.  See the following links:
